1-Will I get the Title Deed in my name when I make the first down payment, or after completing the full amount +
We deliver the title deeds as soon as our buyers complete their payments

2-Can I build a house on my agricultural land?+

Though DAEBAK does not stop Landowners from constructing a living house, however the house shall be not one more the 25 decimals of the investors and should be a maximum of 2 floor maximum meant for all residential purpose. Due to decreasing tree plantation area by constructing house, the investor shall note the income generation will decrease accordingly

3-There will be no operation or maintenance charges for the buyers from Management Company to run the project throughout the lifetime of the project, even beyond 10 years?+

Our business structure creates win-win situation for us and for our investors. Yes, that is correct. As a nature of the investment, there is no income for the first 2.5 to 4 years till to the 1st harvest time. During this period, DAEBAK pays all the expenses. After we get the 1st harvest, we capitalize the product and we deliver the net income to our investors after deducting operational business expenses such as labor force, utility costs and harvesting cost. Our investors get 80% of the net profit and we take 20% of it. So, in that model DAEBAK investors never pay any management fees or operation fees from their pockets after they purchase the land
4-Is my investment secure+
All the lands we sell a free of disputes and all leasehold title will be registered in the investors names. We have an experience legal team that works for the benefits and the interests of our investors and investors all have a right of verify these agricultural lead hold land titles the ministry of lands Uganda.
DAEBAK has a team of experienced labour force. Every single project has the soil analyze report from authorities and we have 100% success record in all our projects.
DABEK is working on the strategic plan to secure the sale of the macadamia harvest products 8 months before harvest at the highest prices within the domestic and foreign markets. We believe that our investment model is the future and the most secure way of real estate investment

5-Can I sell my land at any time?+

Yes, according to the contract, you can exit or sell your land anytime with giving only 6-month pre-notification without any additional penalty.
The investors have two sell options. DAEBAK sales the land on behalf of the investor with the minor commissions of the sale or the investor gets the buyer. However, either the land shall be sold for not for any other purpose but Macadamia farming.

6-Does the Macadamia sale price fluctuate according to market, or is it fixed for all years? Which price reference is used?+

The price for Macadamia is constantly rising, it is the most expensive nut in the world as of today with the highest demand but less supply. DAEBAK based its investment model on the lowest market price in shall and plans for have long-term agreements (yearly basis) with buyers.
7-Can I check my land and the project anytime? How do I get the updates? +
You can visit and check on your land and the project status anytime, and check the working process. DAEBAK will provide bi-weekly basis operational update of the business at the official website to the landowners. We will also send annual financial report maximum 8 weeks following each harvest period.

8-What is the security for the investors with such an investment model?+

The investor shall always be issued a legal 99 years lease hold land title that is sealed by the Uganda and law and this can be checked and verified by the investors

Security of The Land: All the farmlands we sell to our investors are 99 years leasehold and there is no charge, no settlers or debt on them.

Security of The Plantation of the Macadamia Nuts Trees, Infrastructure and Production: DAEBAK has farming experience in the business and is still strategically exploring other profitable innovative ways.   DAEBAK will use the most modern and advance plantation and farming techniques which greatness.
